Will real estate photography really help my business?
Professional real estate photography will help sell your listings quicker, for more money, and make your listing look amazing to attract more buyers and sellers to your business. Professional real estate photography is not a liability expense—it's just as important to have professional photography as it is to pay for a website, MLS dues, and marketing material.
Can you shoot a head shot for me?
Yes, But, during photographing your property would not be the best time. We can schedule a time, perhaps in your office, a more professional setting that can be more convenient.
Who owns the photos?
Mike ONeill Photography owns the copyright to all real estate photography. We do grant, to who pays for the photography, a shared ownership for use in MLS, and for, purposes however used, marketing purposes only. Photographic image uses are non-transferable and non-exclusive. You are not allowed to give them to other agents or use them other than noted here with out permission from Mike ONeill Photography. Once the listing sells or is quit, all right to use, in any way, expires.
When will I receive the photos?
Real estate photography will always be delivered ASAP, but the scope of the project, the scheduled time to photograph, can cause the delivery time to vary.
Will you upload your photos to the MLS for me?
No, Local real estate MLS rules will not allow anyone other than the licensed realtors to have any access to the MLS, (Multiple Listing Services).
What do I do to prepare for the photo shoot?
The more neat and organized, the better your property will present itself to the public who will visit your property. We do provide a real estate photography staging checklist for client’s us.
How long will the photo shoot take?
Depending on the size of the home and how neat and organized the home is for the photo shoot, I average between 1 1/2 hours to 3 hours in the property. Homes that have special architectural or environmental details obviously may take longer to ensure those details are captured properly.
Is there a travel fee?
A travel fee is not charged for any location local to Knoxville, my standard charge will apply. Additional fees for longer distances, for gas and the time spent driving can vary starting at $35. As part of our discussion of the project we will address additional charges.
When is my payment due?
1st time clients, payment is expected at the time of our 1st photography shoot. Once we have established our relationship payments are expected when the invoice is delivered. Unless we have made prior arraignments, invoices are overdue at 30 days. I reserve the right to add charges for invoices that are overdue at my discretion.
